Steps to configure host for your website on google cloud:

Step 1 : Login to cloud.google.com.
Step 2 : Create an instance in compute engine.

      > Type instance name for your VM.
      > Select Zone.
      > Select Machine Type(No.of core and RAM Size).
      > Select Hard disk Size and OS.
      > Select Firewall(http and https).

      Note: You can get Estimated rate for your VM in Right side as shown in image.

Linux based VM shown in below image.

You can connect your VM through SSH(linux).

Step 3 : Install Control Panel(cPanel or zPanel) through SSH.
Step 4 : Configure your domain through control panel.
Step 5 : Create SSH key for SFTP software to upload your files.
Step 6 : Create cloudDNS in Network Section and add record set for your domain.(A-record must points to your instance External IP).
Step 7 : Add google nameserver(which shown in NS section) in domain manage page(where you bought domain name).
